Welcome to Healing Harmonics. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Throughout these terms, "we", "our", and "us" refer to Healing Harmonics.

Products

We offer a range of holistic animal and wellbeing products, including but not limited to:

  • Crystal products

  • Flower essence products

  • Aromatherapy products

  • Balms

  • Sprays

  • Personalised gifts

  • Digital products

  • Memberships

  • Educational resources

Product images are for illustration purposes. As many items are handmade or contain natural materials, colours, crystals and finishes may vary slightly.

Personalised Products

Many of our products are handmade or personalised to order.

Please allow up to 7 working days before dispatch for personalised items.

During busy periods this may occasionally take longer, but we will always keep you informed.

As personalised products are made specifically for you, they cannot usually be returned unless faulty or damaged.

Delivery

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Healing Harmonics cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Royal Mail

  • Courier companies

  • Weather

  • Postal strikes

  • Customs

  • Circumstances beyond our control

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase.

Returns & Refunds

Under UK Consumer Law, you have the right to return standard (non-personalised) products within 14 days of receiving them.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original condition

  • In their original packaging

Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Personalised Products

Personalised or custom-made products are exempt from the standard cancellation rights under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

These items are therefore non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Digital Products

Due to their instant nature, digital downloads, frequency recordings, online resources, memberships and digital content are non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by law.

These products are for personal use only and must not be copied, shared, distributed or resold.

Services

Healing Harmonics provides holistic wellbeing services for animals and people, including remote and in-person sessions where available.

Services may include:

  • Reiki

  • Canine massage

  • Chakra balancing

  • Wellness experiences

  • Frequency sessions

  • Animal wellbeing support

  • Intuitive insight sessions

  • Educational workshops

Appointments are booked in advance.

Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice may be rescheduled.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may not be refundable.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in the session being forfeited.

Holistic Disclaimer

Healing Harmonics offers complementary holistic wellbeing services.

Our products and services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or veterinary condition.

They should never replace professional advice from a qualified veterinary surgeon, doctor or other healthcare professional.

If your animal is unwell or showing concerning symptoms, please seek veterinary advice.

Results

Every animal and every person is unique.

Because of this, individual experiences and results may vary.

We cannot guarantee specific outcomes from any product or service.

Intellectual Property

All website content, photographs, logos, artwork, course materials, downloads, written content and designs remain the intellectual property of Healing Harmonics.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without our written permission.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

Privacy

Any personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We never sell your personal information.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
